Tried a new recipe today! This recipe was sent to me by the customer. She wanted a healthy banana cupcake with cream cheese frosting. I didn’t have time this week for fondant toppers but I couldn’t just leave them plain — so I made some with my Cricut!  What a fun way to celebrate a 2nd birthday.
