This monster of a cookie was inspired by the adored Cookie Monster. As many of you know, I recently had a baby and she loves Sesame Street So, how could I not make a cookie inspired by the most famous cookie connoisseur? This cookie is a blue chocolate chip cookie, stuffed with an Oreo, and topped with Oreos and Chips Ahoy. What could be better than that?!
